‍We work directly with 400 small-scale maize farmers to build a reliable and profitable supply chain for feed. Our approach combines high-quality inputs, guaranteed offtake, and improved farming techniques to unlock real results:

Access to improved seed and organic fertilizer
130% increase in income through better yields and guaranteed buyers
Local maize used in our pig feed = higher local value retention
Ongoing training in post-harvest handling and soil health

Empowering Pig Farmers Across Uganda

‍Pig farming holds the potential to change lives. That’s why we provide Uganda’s smallholder pig farmers with the tools they need to raise healthy, productive animals and connect to strong, fair markets.

Here’s how we’re making it happen:

Improved genetics: GP Sows and Boars producing F1 pigs
State of the art artificial insemination lab
Vet access: Preventative care, disease response, and animal welfare support
Feed programming: Nutrition planning using local maize-based rations
Hands-on training in management, biosecurity, and recordkeeping
Market access and fair pricing through our network and abattoir partners
